Emily Haydel brings some 14 years of restaurant and hospitality industry experience to her new position as General Manager at Maestro 2300. Emily cites her strength as working in every position within the restaurant industry from food runner to Manager. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham and Associate degree from Gulf Coast Community College, Panama City, Florida, Emily is well trained particularly in communication skills and employee training.
She has most recently served as hospitality manager with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Memphis and has been with Chang’s for seven years. She has held the position of National Trainer and Key employee, two of the highest standings in the Chang world. Emily cites that….”the favorite part of my work is helping to create a wonderful and total dining experience for our valuable restaurant patrons. I am much excited about bringing my own flair and skills to Maestro 2300. What I have seen so far of Chef Bramlett’s culinary abilities are astounding and I am eager to be a part of that”. Although she is new to the area, Emily is looking very much forward to becoming an active member of the Auburn-Opelika community.
